We do expect Commissioner Coppel to be absent today. Uh, Commissioners, under your special calendar, item one public comments on matters to be disconsidered for discussion in closed session. Good afternoon, George Shutish. Um, I I think it would be really nice if the public could hear some of this because the public alerted the staff and the commission and the board of supervisors to the fact of the UDU. And I think the UDU is at the heart of all this issue here. And I know that's quite a presumptuous thing because I know attorney client privilege is important, but I thought I would ask that. And if you don't keep it open and you had to take privilege that maybe before when you reopen the doors, you to have a discussion of it. And that's all I'm going to say. Thank you very much. Last call for public comment. Regarding the matters listed below as conference with legal counsel. Move to consider motion as uh to assert attorney client privilege. Thank you, Commissioners.
