I'm Supervisor Gordon Maher, the chair of this committee, and I'm joined by committee members Catherine Stephanie and Matt Haney. Thank you to this committee's clerk, Alisa Samara. And I'd also like to thank SFGUB TV and Michael Balthazar and Jaime Echeveri for staffing this meeting. Madam Clerk, do you have any announcements? Yes. And public comment via telephone. The board recognizes that equitable public access is essential, and we'll be taking public comment as follows. First, public comment will be taken on each item on this agenda.
