I'm Supervisor Gordon Maher, the chair of this committee, and I'm joined by committee members Catherine Stephanie and Matt Haney.

Okay, Express Market Inc.

operating as Wally's community markets apply for type 21 license and is approved.

This would allow them to operate an off-field general premise.

I have zero zero letters of protest, zero letters of support.

They're located in part 172, which is considered a high crime area.

Tender line station has no opposition.

And our colleagues on you now recommend approval with the following condition that the petitioner shall actively monitor the area under their control.
