The Board of Supervisors and its committees are convening hybrid meetings that allow in-person attendance and public comment.

While still providing remote access and public comment via telephone.

The board recognizes that equitable public access is essential and will be taking public comment as follows.

First, public comment will be taken on each item on this agenda.

Those attending in person will be allowed to speak first, then we will take those who are waiting on the telephone line.

When your item of interest comes up and public comment is called, those joining us in person should line up to speak, and those on the telephone should dial star three to be added to the speaker queue.

Good morning.

So Coolwater SF operating the Slakes San Francisco Bottle and Sundaries apply for type 21 license, and if approved, this would allow them to operate an off-sale general premise.

Our office received no letters of protest or letters of support.

They're located in plot seven forty-four, which is considered low crime.

They are in census tract 47801, which is considered a low saturation area.

And Alcohol Liaison Unit recommends approval.

I am uh the sole uh member of the LLC that I formed to open up this neighborhood bottle shop out in my neighborhood, uh the outer Richmond.

Um that's where my wife and my children live.

Uh we are literally right around the corner from where I'm hoping to bring this uh storefront to our neighborhood.
