I'm Supervisor Catherine Stephanie, Chair of the Committee, and to my right is Vice Chair Ingario, and the clerk is Mr.

Agenda item number one is a hearing to consider that the person-to-person premise-to-premise transfer of a type 20 off-sale beer and wine liquor license to Pink House by the Bay LLC to do business is Pink House by the Bay, located at 800 Bay Street, will serve the public convenience or necessity of the city and county.

Okay, Pink House by the Bay has applied for a type uh 20 license, and if approved, this would allow them to operate an off-sale beer and wine premise.

I have zero letters of protest, zero letters of support.

They are in plot 106, which is considered high crime.

They're in census track 10202, which is high saturation.

Um station has no opposition.

Uh an LU recommends approval with the following condition that the petitioner shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premise as depicted on ABC 253.
