I am Supervisor Catherine Stephanie, Chair of the Committee.

Yes, the first item is a hearing to consider that the issuance of a type 90 on sale general music venue liquor license to SR Visions LLC to do business as the record bar located at 65 Post Street, will serve the public convenience or necessity of the city and county of San Francisco.

Good morning.

Um just a quick update on uh the 65 Post Street address.

Um they'll be doing business as seven social uh number seven and then the words social.

Uh the record bar was their name of their old look old location at 177 Eddy Street.

Uh you have before you a PCN report for SR Visions LLC as seven social.

They have applied for a Titan 90 license, and if approved, this would allow them to operate an on-sale general music venue at 65 Po Street.

There are zero letters of protest, zero letters of support.

They are located in plot 500 E, which is considered a low crime area.

They're in census track 117, which is considered a high concentration area.

The AL ALU recommendation approval with the following conditions, except as provided in condition number two below, no noise shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

Number two, petitioners shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on ABC 253.

The petitioners shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on ABC 253.

And number four, at any time the premises providing live entertainment.

The petitioners shall have two uniformed security guards on the premises and shall maintain order therein to prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their nearby residents or the surrounding community.

The uniform security guards must be licensed by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs.

My name is Mark Rennie, and I'm representing representing SR Visions, which is doing business as noted as seven social.

This was scheduled quickly.

He's on a family vacation up in the Trinity Alps, couldn't get internet.

So I do have I I was originally put together the original company.

I I know them well, and uh I can speak to any questions.

But first, um this 65 Post Street address is C C30, it's downtown.

Very interesting block, which is sort of good for my client, not so good for the city.

This is across from the Cock Crocker Galleria and the old, I think it's one Montgomery place, which was the old Crocker Bank, and that entire block is vacant.
