There were zero letters of protest and zero letters of support. The location is in Plot 264A (low crime area) and Census Tract 178.01 (low concentration area). Southern Station had no opposition. Recommended conditions include monitoring the area to prevent loitering and maintaining the adjacent areas free of litter. Supervisor Dorsey, whose district includes this location, expressed support, noting positive feedback from constituents. The applicant was present and thanked the committee. No public comment was received. The committee voted to prepare a resolution finding that the license would serve public convenience and necessity.

I'm Supervisor Matt Dorsey, Chair of this committee, and I'm joined today by Vice Chair Joel and Guardio. Our very capable clerk today is Ms. Monique Clayton, and together we'd like to express our gratitude to Colina Mendoza and the entire team from SFGov TV who are facilitating and broadcasting today's meeting. Madam Clerk, do you have any announcements? Yes. Please make sure to silence all cell phones and electronic devices. Documents to be included as part of the file should be submitted to the clerk. Public comment will be taken on each item on this agenda when your item of interest comes up and public comment is called. Please line up to speak on your right. Alternatively, you may submit public comment in writing in either of the following ways. Yes, the uh first item is a hearing to consider that the person-to-person premise to premise transfer of a type 21 off-sale general beer, wine, and distilled spirits liquor license to bar ants LLC, doing businesses bidders and bottles located at 1275 Fell Street, District 5 will serve the public convenience or necessity of the city and county of San Francisco. Thank you, Madam Clerk, and I'd like to welcome Officer Freundes from the San Francisco Police Department's A to B C Liaison unit. Morning, thank you. Uh you have before you a PCN report for Bar Ants LLC to operate as bidders and bottles. They have applied for a type 21 license, and if approved, this would allow them to operate an off-sale general package store at 1275 Fell Street. There are zero letters of protest, zero letters of support. They are located in plot 642 C, which is considered a high crime area. They are in Census Track 164, which is considered a high concentration area. Park Station has no opposition. The Alcohol Liaison unit recommends approval with the following conditions. Petitioners shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on ABC 253. Uh, this specialty bottle shop is located or would be located, uh assuming this goes through at the north in the north of Panhandle NOPA neighborhood. It's my understanding that um Supervisor Mockman from District 5 and his office are in support of this business. Um I do not believe there is an uh any representative of the applicant present, but um may we open seeing no one on the roster, could we open this up to any public comment? Yes, members of the public who wish to speak on this item should line up now along the side by the windows. All speakers will have two minutes. It appears we have no public comment. Great.
