Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Monday, September 11th meeting of the Rules Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and welcome back to our first meeting after summer recess. Before getting started, I think it bears mentioning that today marks a sombre day in American history. Twenty-two years ago, terrorist attacks on our nation claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 people from more than 100 different countries, many of us new victims on that terrible day. And I'd like for us to observe just a moment of silence to remember those lost and also to honor those left behind. First off, our gratitude as always to our clerk, Mr. Victor Young and everyone in the clerk's office who supports us so well. Thanks also to the team at SFGov TV for facilitating and broadcasting today's meeting. In particular, our producer today, Matthew Ignow. Mr. Clerk, do you have any announcements?
