and the neighborhood of the Mission Bay, Trans Bay, the Hunter Point and the Candlestick neighborhoods.

I understand the responsibility of the OCII.

I had the opportunity to speak to the director and go through the details

and have spent a few hours actually going over what this commission does

and the upcoming projects in the next few years.

And I look forward to working closely with this actually body

as projects come in front of you as they get completed into different phases.

I already have submitted my public bio and also my letters of recommendations.

And so it gives you a detail of my professional experiences in the last 30 years.

But I also, on a personal note, I've been an advocate and organizer for the last 30 years,

representing the BIPOC, SWANA, and the queer community,

and women and immigrant communities in this city,

ensuring not only just visibility, but a sustainable equity.

And in the meantime, I'm also a very seasoned attorney.

I'm a corporate attorney who has represented small and large businesses,

not just locally, but also nationally.

And this gives me a very unique qualification

to understand the responsibility and importance of this commission.
