A motion to approve the draft agenda with the cancellation of the evening session carried 4-0.

We're gonna call the April 30th meeting of the rules and open government committee to order. Let's start with roll, please. Candelas. Here. Absent. Foley. Here. Come in. Here. Calling. Here. We have a quorum. All right. We're gonna start. My mic. We're gonna start with the May 6th council agenda, which starts has a 9 30 closed session and 1.30 regular session and consent starts on page five. And on page six. Section three, we have an RFP for advanced metering infrastructure. Section five, uh Guadalupe Gardens Master Plan Amendment to be heard with item 10.2. We needed a clarification about when in the agenda that'll be heard. I guess 10.2 will be moved to this point, or we're gonna do it at the end. We'll ask the question later if we figure that out. Section seven, we have a city charter parks report. 7.2 being deferred. Seven point three is a um unicode amendment for shopping cart prevention uh theft prevention, and we have one three items on well, one item on land use consent and two other um land use items 10.2 and 10.3. Doesn't look like we have any public comment here today. Also noting that we have the joint council San Jose Finance Authority meeting. Is that it's like all the way at the end. Oh, all the way past the missing that somewhere page 15. Oh, okay. So we have the that additional um meeting that'll be at the very end. Is that the is that the idea? After consent. Oh, after that'll be heard after consent. Okay, and no public comment. Move approval second. All right, and so is just to be clear this will be heard 10.2 will be pulled down and heard with item um 5.1, or we'll move 5.1 to the end during land use. Right now you actually have the flexibility to do either. The most important thing is uh 10.2 has to be voted on first because of CQ, though. I see. Okay. Let's move it first. So we'll bring we'll bring 10 point two part of the motion will be to bring 10.2 forward to be heard with five point before 5.1. Yeah, it's five. All right. So we'll maybe just make a note in 10.2 that says to be heard right before 5.1. Okay. Thank you. Okay, let's vote. All right, that motion carries 4.0, and we're gonna review our first review of the meeting for Tuesday, May 13th, which has a 9.30 closed session and a 130 regular session with a cancellation of the um evening session.
