Good afternoon. It's 2 o'clock, so we're going to call the January 14th meeting of the Rules and Open Government Committee to order. Let's start with roll call, please. Candelas. Absent. Duan. Here. Foley. Here. Kameh. Here. Cohen. Here. We have a quorum. Okay. We don't have a meeting next Tuesday, the 20th, So we're going to do our first review of the agenda for January 27th, which has a 9.30 closed session, 1.30 regular session, and recommended cancellation of the evening session. Consent starts on page 5 and continues on pages 6, 7, 8, and 9. section 3 we have our annual report on city services in section 8 we have a number of items one is our update of our implementation of senate bill 79 8.2 is a downtown residential incentive program for commercial to residential conversion 8.3 is extension of the multifamily housing incentive. 8.4 is an amendment to the inclusionary housing ordinance. 8.5 is a soft story seismic retrofit pilot program. And 8.6 is an amendment to the mobile home rent ordinance. And no land use items, so we'll go to public comment first. No public comment. Okay, so back to the committee, and we do have an ad sheet, but first I'll entertain questions or comments. I have a question. Go ahead. There's been some requests regarding 8.6, the mobile home ordinance, that we move it towards the front of the agenda immediately following consent. Yes, that's the request that I had received from many of the mobile home folks in my district. We also understand that Council Member Dewan had a request to put it at 6 p.m., so we have two conflicting requests. So I think we ought to today note it as that we're planning time certain and then figure out in the next week how to reconcile those two requests and make a decision the next Wednesday's rules meeting about its actual. Well, I'll reaffirm with my mobile home residents, and then you reaffirm with yours, and then we'll come together and make the decision next week. Okay. Sounds good. Okay.
