So the February 10th City Council meeting, the City Council heard and approved two items of note.

The first one was a public hearing on the 2026 weed abatement commencement report.

Um, and the second one was an administrative hearing on the appeal of planning commission's denial of a condition to use permit located at 1692 story road.

Um the city council approved the denial, the continued denial of the project for that um that CUP.

And then on February 24th, uh yesterday, we had uh two items as well.

One um administrative hearing appeal on the planning director's approval and environmental appeal of a site development permit located at two three three four Lundy Avenue.

The City Council approved the um the site development permit and environmental appeal, so the environmental review, so the appeal was denied.

And the second project was another appeal of the planning director's approval and plan development permit amendment for a project at one one two three Coleman Avenue, also known as PayPal Park.
