The Santa Rosa City Council held a special meeting on May 4, 2023, beginning at 7:32 a.m. and adjourning at 8:42 a.m. The sole purpose was to convene in closed session to discuss two items continued from the April 25, 2023 meeting: a labor negotiation with the unrepresented City Attorney and the appointment of a City Attorney. Council Member Eddie Alvarez was absent. No public comments were made.
City Attorney Sue Gallagher reported that the Council met in closed session on Items 2.1 and 2.2. The Council provided direction, and no final action was taken.
