Santa Rosa City Council Special Meeting – May 4, 2023
The Santa Rosa City Council held a special meeting on May 4, 2023, beginning at 7:32 a.m. and adjourning at 8:42 a.m. The sole purpose was to convene in closed session to discuss two items continued from the April 25, 2023 meeting: a labor negotiation with the unrepresented City Attorney and the appointment of a City Attorney. Council Member Eddie Alvarez was absent. No public comments were made.

- 2.1 Conference with Labor Negotiators (Gov. Code § 54957.6): The Council met with its designated representative, Mayor Natalie Rogers, to discuss the unrepresented employee: City Attorney. This item was received and filed.
- 2.2 Public Employee Appointment (Gov. Code § 54957): The Council discussed the appointment for the position of City Attorney. This item was received and filed.
