Let the record reflect all council members are present except for Councilmember Fleming and Councilmember Alvarez. So we will start with our public comment. Madame Deputy City Clerk. If you are in the council chamber and would like to comment, but have not provided a speaker card or your name, please make your way to the podium. If you are participating via Zoom, please raise your hand or dial star nine. Hello. We will now be reconvening our special meeting. Madame Deputy City Clerk, may you please call the roll? Councilmember Staff. Councilmember Rogers. Council Member O'Krupke. Councilmember Fleming. Councilmember Alvarez. Let the record reflect all council members are present with the exception of Councilmember Alvarez. Um, the council met in closed session on this in the special meeting this morning starting at eight thirty. Um, gave direction. This is regarding the recruitment for the new city attorney. And the council gave direction to the recruiter and to staff, and I have no final action was taken, so I have nothing further to report. Thank you. And with that, we will adjourn our special meeting.
