I think I could show that all council members are present with the exception of Councilmember Alvarez. Are there any members of the public who would like to comment? All right. The time is I guess a what eleven fifty six, and we can reconvene an open session. Madam City Clerk, would you please call the roll? Thank you, Mayor. Councilmember Rogers. Councilmember McDonald? Here. Councilmember Fleming? Councilmember Ben Wellows? Here. Councilmember Alvarez. Vice Mayor Krepke? Here. Mayor Stopp. Here. Let the record show that all council members are present with the exception of Councilmember Rogers. Thank you. All right. We'll do our report out from closed session. With respect to item three point one, the city attorney appointment. Uh Council uh appointed Ashley Crocker with an effective date of June third, twenty twenty-six to the city attorney position. The vote was five two, and I'm just double checking with uh with our city clerk. Do I need to state who how the votes went? Yes, Mayor. Okay. So voting in the affirmative and in the affirmative were uh myself, Vice Mayor Um Jeff O'Krepke, um, Mr. Alvarez, uh um, Miss Rogers and Miss McDonald, and voting in the negative were Ms. Fleming and uh Miss Van Wellos. For item three point two with the interim city management for the interim city manager position. We are pleased to report to uh appoint uh Mr. Jason Nutt to the interim city manager position uh with the effective date of June twenty-seventh, twenty twenty-seven twenty twenty-six, and also pleased to report that that vote was unanimous. Congratulations. That was the uh that ends the uh the report out from closed session. Uh we have to do public comment public comment again. Seeing no members of the public comment present, we will close public comment and we are adjourned.
