Um, so with that, I'd like to call to order uh the December 8th, 2022 meeting at the center as a planning commission.

And I'll read the following statement that we've been reading now for almost three years.

Uh, due to the provisions of the governor's executive orders and dash 25-20.

And before I start, I'd also just like to mention that that um interpretation.

If we could I I'm a fast talker, so I'm gonna try and slow down, and if we could all kind of slow down in our in when we talk, that would be great.

Hopefully, I will uh take my own cue.

Um suspend certain requirements of the Brown Act and the order of the health officer of the county of Sonoma to shelter in place to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

The planning commissioners will be conducting today's meeting in a virtual setting using Zoom webinar.

Commissioners and staff are participating from remote locations and or practicing appropriate social distancing.

Members of the public may view and listen to the meeting as noted on the city's website and as noted on the agenda.

Members of this public wishing to speak during the public comment portion or during the or other public hearing items tonight will be able to do so by raising their hand and will be given the ability to address the commission.

Uh we have uh five sets of minutes from uh August 11th, September 20, September 8th, September 22nd, October 13th, and November 16th.
