I'd like to call to order the 2019 five two thousand nineteen two thousand twenty-one final planning commission meeting on December 16th 2021.

First time on the agenda is roll call.

And so can you help us with that?

Um I mean it.

I was there any changes to the next one there tonight.

By none, I got an changes to the news.

Very none.

It's like a general public comment.

Does anyone signed up for general public comments?

Yes, I have two people.

Um the first one is uh Nancy Morris and uh we have to be talking from the party to fit.

This is really a nice place.

I think all the things that every property is.

Since you said we were moved.

I can make sure you should be returned.

And then I was allowed to protect you for success.

Therefore it seems to be not even two up to this point.

And this is a situation.

So I think that's the two.

So I think it's a state and supportive and so regulations and space is requires that this is a school and this is a construction.

And I can use it.

This is all that I can see.

So I think this is the mix of the program.

So I can't see two times this way.

I suspended without the need to get open.

And so we have five businesses and registrations of other problems.

And so far to see that for the sensitivity regulations of things and all that system and regulations.

So in the colour, initial class and it's a little bit actually and special as a question and so next um is to research to reason that we can actually session and save session and all sorts of years and which is invisible or something like that, which is strength, and so that's the same to the five years and this almost moving forward and see because we're on the reference back to now we're like the feedback.

The questions I can do is that screenshot is actually um what is fast as um if possible maybe providing medicine and providing the uh maybe you know uh possible um business is not as well uh the more I'm doing that is um uh finding what something will be more simple for uh for something like that.

Um and uh I think that will also help us um with more specific on um uh um what you can be more concerned about uh this is um core is that we already wanted to um finding that seem to be uh more um uh possible scenario and uh I see a um uh sound marks have the wider um in the business and uh um so um so um my things is not uh to help uh the next step when we are looking at this for someone doing that's the question for someone and so now I'm looking to the

And so why is it so um so many things is not uh the next step and score question is a good solution and uh maybe um this is a while and this is a long thing area trying to have uh this is popular experience.

Um, this is uh I know this thing by the city for some of the screen people can see and I think so my research and research people probably can do this research number community and find similar opportunities and then also uh these on the three step personal manufacturers that we have designed that I think this is something that's got more because it can space that we use a little speech and the industry on this badness and um we don't need some business and

Um just for this one because you also and this and this is a kind of um so I guess it's a good and so uh

I just think it is a chief and software to that is something to I um uh because uh and uh I feel support where everyone has been saying my uh not always should be thinking about this but we should consider it in one ways and one way might be too pilot are perhaps not when it's first looking at this is very strong but the regular spectrum and that is some parts that could be along the lines of the a pop-up somewhere where I see copy and some of the things that I think has a simple as a chance and is that something we see in the wild.

I really like this one as I guess suggesting ourselves for all the uh maybe thousands why not consider any things, so I think that you know all those for that are not allowed to you know I'm I'm very supportive of that.

I was also thinking uh I thought that uh might be very interesting to see um you know what what kind of possibilities that might have completely uh now I know I felt freaking then you can see that uh into the special uh yeah in town and stuff and something like that might be quite just uh that might not provide um traffic safety and stuff and pushes are from so on.

I mean, but uh also right on the correct thing.

So we want to uh get some information that can help describe what is that button button button.

I I just think this is a great time if you think about how to move forward and perhaps uh ideas and life and then okay, so that was the people uh questions in there.

Um I think we can uh usually um you know that typical um I think I'm gonna successfully just have some regulations uh business um yeah we have to um

um so it's again let's see um yeah this um yeah i think we can uh mostly um uh is so you know typical and this can be some very um any kind of this being successful addition just having a simple screen process or the same regulations is the other side of uh business um um yeah we have uh so we should um I want to use the one five businesses uh the stream so that's a few months um the same as uh this is the possibility is it's just a successful um we do not talk too much about that and maybe um um do you know what is so far um in this uh works uh can you do this so far is the most uh um response and is it uh is it meeting the pinhouse on uh on uh and uh smart it is a combination of all those things and just uh um I think online things but not everyone um and the physical booth and I'm not gonna community that's another way um to provide our reach um you know public forms I mean that's all I think but also actually natural resources you would provide like in terms of shoes or um just any ideas and I was talking about are we continually relying on the businesses you know essentially is I think uh the property that's something as if you know probably that's the thing is a new chairs but uh think about being something different and say is uh um at least I'm looking at the actual delay the s definitely for certain scenarios and things like that so I just I don't think we'll get any idea just like it's not um maybe something so many communities and things that work well and so you know we'll I think about reaching I think we need to do a while I'm gonna say we can start resources that we do and if I say if I didn't see something I really should all my presentation then I was going to say but yeah um I used to know I have some other things and um I think that's the question we can start with some of those things a lot of people and then I'll be able to

And then one square and also something to speak on the same thing.

And then this is opportunity and the back of the food.

So we can see what I think and really.

And to my side so for someone uh I think this is a basic time that is off and um wasn't thinking about the movie on uh so uh two um uh that will also uh help us uh what is that more system uh for setting up more uh should be more to information uh help us uh non excessive things are now a business or um is uh um businesses five yeah there's not since it's another season it's a function is uh there's no registration formation to that kind of support right now someone has to say I want to I don't know execute and we need to say um regulations and just want to be action for two and also I think that's how we get the same as soon as you said I mean all those things that we have stage of research and searching and I should say this is the same thing for these cases.

I don't want to have this kind of people a bit because I did it kind of idea that they've always circumstances uh pop up right then to this area and this ago is that uh might be uh I don't know what's going on so I I don't know you know that idea I I can see I think I'm gonna start down so I just think about this that isn't necessarily

But then these are really long as well uh the right circumstances uh pop up like them to uh happen in this area and some report um this sometimes ago that uh might be uh available uh I don't know what the word blocks is something so I I don't know you know what I got that idea that uh I I can see I think uh stuck down that so I uh you know just I think um thinking about this that isn't necessarily but uh you know so I was a bit more like uh you know button particularly something news that uh need to remember and uh you know this one's I think that's a lot you know so okay I I think that I'm not gonna so you know just go about uh I feel like uh maybe to try to reach out to people who are involved with business or change in business or um you know that kind of thing is is more odd to try to show you cities perceptive um just like you have that these actual audiences uh what what can we do to reduce the box and all to see so you still understand this is something that is a little um start has to as uh interval so yeah um somehow I decided so I'm uh let's see uh this is um and uh these two button uh to be used uh for this one uh so I think that you know other possibilities uh this time this is yeah this is really but uh looking on that thing if you think about it's like to say I'm asking your questions um I actually want the social next year that's the understanding but I also want to hand up so thank you very much for seeing your presentation um there's some right as a place business is not as I was a things and commissioners and analysis about everybody see from this one and um I thought I would have been speaking this is a I'm just gonna say that the system looking back to this um this is um yeah I mean I think I don't remember

Um I just think that's uh it's um yeah I mean I think you know I think we're gonna pick them up on the apple with a lot of kind of uh you're gonna do that about the colour and what do you do for the court and I think we'll watch the back doesn't have anything like that.

But on the other hand, I want to thank the album here for people in the um who uh you're gonna have the other time and helpful.

I can't tell you how much uh I've been honored to be part of this the planning commission over the past eight years.

Everyone that I've met on the planning commission has been uh single focused on the goal of trying to uh be an interest in the city and try to do the best they can, and it's been such a real honor to be working with uh everyone on it.

And staff has also been uh really helpful with presenting information for us that we could digest and and give feedback from and I I again I just really appreciate my term and the honor of working with all of you and just like to say thank you.

Uh at that, let us feel that for the next week.

Um something about the town food and stuff and that systems maybe that's uh um to do uh um with some work to do uh seasons and also to still use a procedure uh the things there and uh um we do a few at that unless anyone also is there anything to say?
