My name is Juniper Nami, and I um Shoreline resident, and I've worked for the city for 18 years now.

Almost eight of those on the Linwood Link Extension Project as the project manager.

What it is, just in case you or the folks that are listening aren't familiar, they're building eight and a half miles of new track from Northgate to Linwood Center.

And it includes four stations, two of which are here in Shoreline.

There's existing parking garage and a replaced parking lot in Mount Lake Terrace and a very big parking garage up in Linwood.

But we do have a thousand parking stalls in two two 500 stall garages at each station here in Shoreline.

And actually the notes there are I changed my slide order and didn't move those notes.

They are opening on time.

Delayed just a little bit in order to open the East Link starter line.

In order to provide us adequate service during that time, they're gonna add more trains, run four car trains when they're uh during they didn't necessarily expect to run four car car trains all the time.

Um they've found spots to uh park trains all over their system on the west side because they don't have access to the maintenance base on the east side yet.

Um and they are uh adding a temporary route uh express bus from downtown to Linwood and continuing one that was supposed to uh sunset um the 510 that goes all the way to up to Everett.

There's some temporary Sound Transit Express buses meant to support because we don't have the two-line um service coming yet.

Um so that's just until uh East Lake is fully finished.

Um it is showing up there on the map in the green and the blue, or because uh one of them is supposed to be the one line and the other one's supposed to be the two line.

Um there are three different contractors that have been working on this project, and 200th Street and Shoreline is the dividing line between the two civil contracts.

Um one contract group did from 200 south to Northgate, and the other half from 200th north uh to Linwood was done by uh uh Scanska and SKH was the south one.

Then there's a third uh contract that um is for all the trains systems, so the light signals, the lights, the power, the comms, whole bunches of wire.
