It is 6.02 p.m. And I'd like to call to order the Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 meeting of the Finance Committee of the Somerville City Council. Pursuant to chapter two of the Acts of 2025, this meeting of a city council committee will be conducted via remote participation. We will post an audio recording, audio video recording transcript or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Somerville website and local cable access government channels. We are joined by Clerk Madeline Latelier. Clerk, could you please call the role to establish quorum? This is roll call. Counselor Link. Here. Counselor Strathau. Oh Councilor Hart. Here. Counselor Scott. Present. Counselor Wheeler. Present. And if you would give me just one moment. Hi, Counselor Stressor. Sure, I'm with four counselors present. We have quorum. All right. Well, you know what? While Councillor Wheeler is doing this, we can just go ahead and read in the first item, which is the uh minutes uh from the meeting of March 24th, 2026. Uh is there any comment on those minutes? All right, been seeing none. I'll lay those items on the table for approval at the end of the meeting and a roll call vote. All yours, Mr. Chair. Thank you so much, Vice Chair. Um, Counselor Strezzo is in the meeting. It's that annoying thing where sometimes, and this might be based on which email address it's the accounts connected to, Counselor Strezzo's in the attendees. It might be helpful for people to know that it is my understanding that the final item listed in the agenda of uh body worn cameras. Um, we are not planning to discuss this evening. And um, any staff here, uh, please correct me if I'm wrong. My understanding is that administration and Somerville Police Department staff are currently assembling more documentation around that item and we'll be prepared to speak on it at the next meeting on Tuesday, April 21st.
