Tonight we come for you with the fiscal year 24-25 capital improvement program.

This program was adopted by city council earlier this month, and we come before you tonight as uh was previously stated.

Um the CIP is uh made up of do you guys can you guys see the presentation for me?

Uh so the CIP is made up of just under 20 million dollars in new appropriations, 19.2 million, and is made up of various funding sources as shown on the slide.

It's worth pointing out that no general fund dollars are actually encumbered in our general our CIP ask for this year given the financial realities of our city.

The um budget is approximately 150 million dollars of carryover funds from previous years and 19.2 of carryover.

The CIP is broken into six project types, which include sanitary sewer, streets, traffic, public facilities, storm drains, and parks for the various dollar amounts shown in the appropriation request for this year.

And of those 24 projects uh make up all the projects requesting funding for this year.

The total size of our CIP budget is 186 projects, 13 new projects on 173 continuing projects.

It's kind of worth taking a step back and just realizing the sheer volume of items that the city's fortunate enough to uh have going right now.

South San Francisco Planning Commission Meeting - June 20, 2024

The South San Francisco Planning Commission met in person on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the Library Parks & Recreation Building Council Chambers.
