Yes, I had you have two announcements tonight, and one is that we are joined by Cynthia Fergoso, who is the new administrative assistant to in the planning division. She's sitting over here. Morgan Cynthia? She we're very have very, very happy to have her. Um Kelsey has officially moved to her new home in Idaho. She is uh we're very lucky she is working remotely with us for a few weeks, so she's able to train Cynthia, but you will see um Cynthia here for the future. So that's one announcement, which is very good news. Um, unfortunately, the second announcement is uh not good news, which is that a member of our design review board, Frank Vieira passed away in August. So um we're very you know very sad. Um he was uh a member of the design review board for I think about 10 years, and he had served on the Historic Preservation Commission before that. Um so I wanted to let you all know about that because the commission does appoint uh DRB members. Also did want to take the opportunity to mention that we do have a vacancy on the board to let the commissioners know, and if anybody is watching at home as well, um we would need to we are filling a vacancy for a resident of South San Francisco. And um, please feel free to get in touch with me if you know somebody who may be interested. Please pass our condolence along from this commission to his family on his passing. Thank you.
