Um, unfortunately, the second announcement is uh not good news, which is that a member of our design review board, Frank Vieira passed away in August.

Um he was uh a member of the design review board for I think about 10 years, and he had served on the Historic Preservation Commission before that.

Also did want to take the opportunity to mention that we do have a vacancy on the board to let the commissioners know, and if anybody is watching at home as well, um we would need to we are filling a vacancy for a resident of South San Francisco.
