Uh Forge Fiber is the subsidiary that would control those facilities once they're acquired. Um we went over some particulars last week concerning provisions that would ensure that our streets are taken care of uh as the telecommunication companies install their fiber into our roads. Uh and you can see by the draft franchise before you today that there's a an increase in that performance bond that was discussed from 25,000 to 100,000.
