Um first order of bid. We got a few housekeeping items for item one. What a quick. Um, but the first item is to adopt a regular select board meeting minutes of November 10th, and entertain a motion for that purpose. I move that we accept the minutes for November 10th. So we do have a motion and seconded to approve the November 10th minutes of the regular college board meeting. Are there any corrections, errors, or admissions noted? Uh C A heard the end. I will call for the roll call then to open the window, starting on my left with Heather Frank. Hi. Mike Martin, Christy Morris Aye. Tara Chase. Aye. Yeah, Mike Schmatt. I that is highly affirmative. Um hearing none. Uh I'm gonna enter into new business. And at this time, we're gonna have uh item number one is a discussion and possible action on Central Street. And I suspect, I don't know that we have several people that are wanting to speak the decision. I could be I'll get to you a second off. Okay, um so just for those that uh haven't had or are conducted a zoom meeting before. I ask that you try to remain quiet while people are talking because the owl picks up on voices, and we have two of them in the room, and the cameras will shift. So if people are speaking out of turn or trying to speak over someone, damn it will shift, and it makes it very frustrating for those that are attending on zoo for those attending on Zoom. I would please ask that you keep your cameras muted. Uh, they currently are now. And if you want to speak, use the raise the hand method in the uh reactions, or simply raise your hand and uh we'll we'll attempt to see that you're trying to speak.
