12:28Next is the appointment of the parliamentarian, representative Michael McEwen is appointed as the parliamentarian of the board.

12:55In an effort to streamline the committees, I have structured them in anticipation of some committees being consolidated.
13:02Therefore, you may notice some chairs and members on some of these committees repeated.
13:08If consolidation is approved through the board rule change, this will minimize the disruption of members having to change committee assignments.

18:57With the consolidation of committees, I do anticipate some changes to the steering committee.
19:03Moving on to the special committees and presidential appointments.
19:06At this time, I will not be announcing any of the presidential appointments in special committees as I do need some more time with that.
19:13I plan to announce them at the next regular board meeting on January 5th, 2026.
19:18So the current members will serve on those committees until then.
19:24The next is the resolution to approve the 2026 Board of Representatives calendar.
19:31The resolution reads as follows: be it resolved by the 32nd Board of Representatives in accordance with section C2-10-5 of the charter of the city of Stanford.
19:42The attached schedule of regular monthly board meeting dates of the Board of Representatives and the regular monthly steering committee meeting dates is hereby approved.
