Um seeing the agenda tonight, I see we have Jody Bishop, our director of health, who's our first presenter, then our 911 director, Brian Fonden as our second uh presenter this evening.

I just wanted to take a minute before we got into the actual agenda and congratulate uh Jody Bishop and her team.

Um we had a little celebration today to uh celebrate the fact that our health department was officially uh accredited this month, which is a huge deal for our health department to gain that national accreditation.

And it's been an effort that they've been working on for several years.

Key performance metrics: call answer time under 10 seconds improved from 91.39% in 2024 to 94.47% in 2025, with recent data at 97.2%. Abandoned calls reduced from 211 (10-20 sec) and 760 (20-30 sec) to 66 and 120 respectively. End-of-life Motorola radio equipment (2032) and 25-year-old consoles are concerns. The center operates a drone first responder (DFR) program for situational awareness. Questions from Rep. Adams about drone privacy and legal aspects (directed to Lou DeRubis), Rep.
