Meeting Transcript
Hi, okay. Oh sorry, I had to uh push you guys out and I had to push Lyle out. Uh we had to make sure that everybody gets out and not even in the lobby before we even start again. Uh you guys joined so quickly. I had to push you out. So sorry. No worries. It's all right. Yeah. So we just need to grab it back in. All right. Um hold on. Let me make sure he's a presenter. Lyle is a presenter. Yes, he is. Okay. All right, Lyle. Thank you so much for hanging in there with us. Um you can unmute yourself, turn your camera on if you want to, and with your your application. This is the easiest one of the evening. Okay. So I'm glad you all hung out this long. I'm Lyle Fischell, architect. Um I have a very small uh six-foot addition to a residential property for my uh client Paula Green. It's up on 53 Archer Lane. She's got mobility problems. And right now, if you've looked at the drawings, she shares a bathtub. Uh a very unusual uh situation where the bathrooms share one bathtub. So she's finding mobility difficult. Um consider several options going at the back, going out the side. Um the back become became very expensive to go out the rear. So we're asking for a six-foot foot extension, which is like a 5.9 uh extension into the setback. But our overall setbacks when added together, we're only asking for uh variance of three feet. So it's uh we're not looking for a whole lot here. We're just looking for improvements uh to her life. And um, and you know, I don't see any injury as effects to the neighborhood here. I um see that it's um basically keeping within what probably everybody in the neighborhood has a decent master bathroom to be able to go into and do which need to do. So I'll take any questions or concerns. Did we all watch a world series last night? No. I did not. I I couldn't. I was hoping the mayor nurse would make it in, but I couldn't watch. I just learned that the world series has started. So thank you for letting me know. But uh yeah, I don't think we're asking for a lot here. So um, you know, we're hoping to get your certainly approval so that uh we can proceed to the next step. Any questions? Do I have a motion on this item? Chet motion for approval.
