And this meeting is held by Zoom.

This is a uh not a public hearing, so the public will not have the opportunity to speak.

It is a uh meeting where the board deliberates and votes, a regular meeting.

Today we are discussing the appeal of zoning board application two two four-05 to the board of reps.

Um have I left out anything?

Any preliminaries here?

Okay.

Um we've received several documents from the land use bureau.

Um the first is a memo uh in which they discuss whether the number of signatures in the petition uh is meets our requirements to uh to for an appeal of our of our approval to the board of reps.

Um does anyone have any discussion on that memo?

No.

The next item we received is the recommendation from the land use bureau staff to deny this recommendation to the board of reps to deny this appeal and the reasons for that denial.

Does um any any questions?

Uh anyone disagree with the uh with that recommendation.

No, we deliberated research reviewed.

Um doesn't change this doesn't change my opinion about the application at all.

Okay, and I I agree with you, Rosanne.

So um now we need to vote on some resolutions.

Um can you put the resolutions up, please, Fanita?

So um, I guess we can pull the draft line off there.

So these are resolutions.

Um to refer the petition to the board of reps and to recommend to the board of reps that they deny the appeal.

Um the second whereas clause, um, I guess it's the second whereas clause states that we find that the petition meets the requirements for referral um based on the analysis by um Ralph Blessing.

And um then the third whereas clause states that um we agree with the findings in Ralph's memo and his recommendation that the board of reps should deny this appeal.

So uh the we have um two resolutions.
