Um the first is a memo uh in which they discuss whether the number of signatures in the petition uh is meets our requirements to uh to for an appeal of our of our approval to the board of reps.

The next item we received is the recommendation from the land use bureau staff to deny this recommendation to the board of reps to deny this appeal and the reasons for that denial.

Um the second whereas clause, um, I guess it's the second whereas clause states that we find that the petition meets the requirements for referral um based on the analysis by um Ralph Blessing.
