Yes. Okay. We can start. I'd like to welcome everyone and call this special zoning board meeting to order. I'm David Stein, Chair of the Zoning Board, and it is 5 PM on November 6, 2024. The members of the board and the staff are holding this meeting by Zoom video conference. The public is in attendance on video conference and by teleconference, although there will not be a public hearing at today's meeting. Here Jerry Bozak. Here. And now for our esteemed staff, Ralph Blessing. And Benita Mother. Okay. As I mentioned, we will not be hearing from the public at this meeting. And the meeting will be recorded and posted at the zoning board's website for those who want to go back and watch and listen to it. By going to our website at www.stanford ct.gov slash zoning. First, I'd like to uh see our Kell Smith Anderson as a voting member at today's special meeting. And um, can I get a motion to go into uh executive session to discuss a litigation pattern? Absolutely, Ms. Chairman. I'd like to uh make the motion to go into an executive session. Um, but with that, uh I didn't receive the um the executive session notification. Okay, let me send it to you. I can copy me too, because I didn't send all of us. I don't think I've got yeah, yeah. I second the motion. Thank you.
