The members of the board and staff are holding this meeting by Zoom video conference, and the public is an attendance. And by teleconference. Let's do a roll call of board and staff. Roseanne McManus. Here okay. Now for the staff, uh Ralph Blessing. And Vanita Monter. Okay. Because this is a special meeting. Um with no public hearing, the members of the public will not have the opportunity to speak during the meeting. Um this meeting will be recorded and posted on the zoning board's website. And you can find the agenda for today's meeting and any materials at our website, www.stanford ct.gov slash zoning. Application two two three-three four nine hundred Long Ridge Road property owner LLC, nine hundred Long Ridge Road, Stanford, Connecticut. Um today um the board needs to uh have a discussion regarding this litigation. Um therefore, um, can I get a motion, please, that we go into executive session? Chairman, it's uh nine nine oh nine.
