Okay. I would like to welcome everyone and call today's special zoning board meeting to order. I'm David Stein, Chair of the Zoning Board, and it is three PM on December ninth, twenty twenty-four. The members of the board and staff are holding this meeting by Zoom Video Conference. And the public is in attendance both on video conference and by teleconference. Bill Morris? Um is a special meeting. Um penning litigation. Can I get a motion, please to uh go into executive session? Is there a second, Roseanne? Yeah. Okay. We'll take that as a second. There we go. Okay. Please tell me you're not driving also. Um yeah. Oh my God. Looks like the highway. Um we've come to all in favor of executive session say aye. Aye. It's uh we are going into executive session. Uh the time is three oh four. So would um members of the zoning board please uh sign out and uh of this session and sign in to the executive session. Uh for the public, uh, we will be back. Thank you. Dave, you muted. Okay. I'd like to move that we go out of executive session. All in favor say aye. We are um out of executive session. Um the board went into executive session at three oh four, came out at four nineteen. No votes were taken while we were in executive session, and in addition to the three board members and uh and Ralph. Um, which is the cannabis dispensary. Um says discussion regarding penning litigation in the matter of butter holdings five LLC doing business as butter cannabis versus zoning board of the city of Stamford application two three dash four six, potential executive session. All in favor, say aye. Okay. Um can we get a motion, please, to uh come out of executive session? So moved. Second. All in favor say aye. Aye. Um, okay. The zoning board went into executive session at four twenty-two, came out at four thirty-seven. Um, no votes were taken while we were in executive session. Uh, the people who were in the executive session were David Stein, uh, Bill Morris, Roseanne McMorris, McManus, sorry. Um, Ralph Blessing, Vanita Monter, and John Harnas from the uh law department.
