Okay, why don't we uh resume the meeting? Um getting late. Um it is now uh 1006, the zoning board is back in session. It's uh July 21st, 2025. Um the first item we have is the approval of the minutes from the meeting of June 30th um 2025. Um does anyone have any um changes or comments to it? No, Mr. Chairman. Make a motion to approve last uh last meeting minutes. June 30th. June 3025, thank you. Okay, any further discussion? All in favor. I won't be voting. I you will not, okay. Aye Jerry I the minutes are approved. 30 next CSPR 1205, Leslie Coot 36 flying cloud road proposing to modify and reconstruct the driveway and patios, construct additions, walls, walks, site grading, and landscaping. The property is within the cam boundary. Umita, can you take us through this please? Sure. Um so this is uh property on the water. Um you know there's most of the changes are um on the site. There are additions to the building to the existing home as well. Um we have part of positive recommendations from EPB dated July 2nd, uh the engineering report from Susan Kifkin dated November 7th of last year. Uh the deep report from Karen Michaels dated December 2nd of last year, and the Harbor Management Commission uh report that we received uh on January 13th of this year. Um there were no concerns that were raised uh for this application. Okay. Any uh discussion on this? If not, can we get a motion to approve CSPR 1205 with the EPB engineering deep and harbor management commission um comments? So moved. So moved second. Okay, further discussion. All in favor say aye. Applicant proposes to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling with associated improvements properties within the cam boundary. Umita, this one sounds like it's a little larger of a project. Yes, it's a reconstruction. Um also on the water. Hold on. Um also wanted to let you know that the engineer, Mr. Lenny Diandra is available. Um if there's any questions. Um, but you know, we have all the reports for this project as well. Um, the letter from EPB from Mr. Bob Clausi dated July 3rd. Um, the engineering report uh from Susan Kiskin dated June 26th, um, and deep report dated uh June 16th from Ms.
