So therefore the the idea is that we would extend uh Dan Trapp's term uh for another month and then uh at the next meeting uh with the appointment of the new ZO uh Dan Trapp's term would end. So that's where we are okay. And I also asked her or gave her a heads up that uh the zoning board expects her to be present at the next meeting um to answer questions and to provide um uh a resume. Um can we to board members? Yeah, can we get that resume sent out please to the board? Yeah, yeah. Um and um yeah, since we we're voting on um her appointment, I think we do need to interview her. Yeah at the next meeting. Yeah, so she's she's aware of that, and and um we we will uh incorporate that in the agenda for um the 29th meeting. Okay. Um you guys want Bill Roseanne uh in addition to her resume? No, just the resume. Once you get the resume, that may spark something else, but right now resumes should be fine. Okay, good. So um for our next meeting we have uh open horn or horn and hook. Um and we've got just a couple of things uh hanging over from uh 700 Fairfield. What's new that's coming along? Um the other application that we can place on this agenda is Hope Street and Woodwick, the town 20 town homes that are proposed. That's the only new application that you're planning to put on that agenda. Is that a public hearing or just a public hearing? Um so I mean we have 16 by mill. That would be the uh one of the new public hearings. Um, and then this would be the other one. If you think those are both manageable, we can keep both if you think one would be both. Yeah. Well, do you think that the Hope Street one is going to generate a lot of interest, or is it just normal? I think both of them would be that one. I'm sure where Mill will, so not about that. I think Hope Street will too. We will have a lot of public comment. So there's only two. Yeah. Yeah, but sometimes they have tendency to grow some reason. Yes. Um yeah, you know, I my inclination is to put them both on, although I hate to have people show up to speak on whichever is the last one to be heard and and not get to it. Uh but it's only two public hearings. Yeah, but we have to we have to finish up um 700 uh 700. Toll brothers, yeah. Do you anticipate a lot of time on that? I don't think so. No, I think we're yeah, I mean, we're just gonna review a couple of those new. I mean, I don't think Toll Brothers is gonna take very long. Well, I don't know if this whole issue with the tree is gonna turn into taking a life of its own, that's all. Well, I let's yeah, let's hear what Steph has to say before uh that meeting. Um I don't know, I think we can probably do two. Yeah, another contender for one of the agendas is the Lloyd Hotel, the expansion of the hotel. Um we why don't we put that one over to uh what is it the October 6th? When's our October meetings? Well, maybe we should put Hope Street, move that and put Lloyd on. If I was gonna give you some input.
