Uh my name is William Morris, and I'm filling in for our chairman the Davis Stein, uh, who was unable to uh attend tonight's meeting. I'd like to call a role. Uh the first item is application number 224-18, Continental Family Holdings, LLC, uh by Michael Cacase. Uh the applicant is proposing to rezone 23 Barry Place from the current MG to the proposed RM1. And uh this particular application we are going to continue until November 4 24th uh 2025 and be held via Teams. Um and there will be no further comment on that particular application this evening. Uh the next application is also be going to be continued uh until November 24, 2025 on Teams. And that is application number 225-23. Once again, it's Continental Family Holdings LLC 23 Barry Place. It's a site in architectural planned and or requested uses and a special permit. And the applicant is proposing to construct 60 townhouses and a 201 unit apartment building with a total of 474 uh parking spaces and associated amenities. And once again, this hearing is being continued until Devember 24th, 2025 via Teams. Okay. The next item we will be hearing tonight. And this is application number 225-28.
