The Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Board of Commissioners met on February 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Council Chambers, City Hall. Vice-Chair Jost called the meeting to order and adjourned at 2:02 PM. Chair Johnson was excused, and Commissioner Kim was absent. The single agenda item was a resolution to extend funding reservations for Saint Paul projects applying for Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) grants.

Commissioners Bowie and Kim are absent. Discussion item number one, resolution twenty-six dash two five two. Resolution extending authorization of resolution twenty-five dash eight six nine. Reserving funds for certain Saint Paul projects applying for funding from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. And I'll turn it over to Director McMahon for the side. So the HRA previously authorized funding reservations for projects that sought funding through MHFA's twenty twenty-five consolidated RFP in June of last year. Those reservations are made to help projects get commitment points that are awarded through the RFP. MHFA is now accepting applications for round two of the same twenty twenty-five consolidated RFP. And so this item simply acknowledges that reservations for projects that applied for the first round remain in place for the second round. All those opposed five in favor, none opposed.
