The Saint Paul Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Board of Commissioners met on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall. Vice Chair Saura Jost called the meeting to order with four commissioners present (Noecker, Yang, Jost, Coleman) and three absent (Bowie, Johnson, Kim). The meeting lasted approximately two minutes, concluding at 2:02 PM.
Approval of Minutes

Item number one, approval of the minutes. Approval of July twenty twenty-six. All right. So the minutes are before us for um approval. I'll take a motion from Council Member Coleman to approve these minutes. Is there any discussion? Seeing none, all those in favor say aye. I all those opposed. Four in favor, zero opposed. The minutes are adopted. Item number two is discussion. RES twenty-six-12 six three. Resolution approving additional funding for the rehabilitation project at Forty-Seven Douglas Street, District Nine, Ward Two. Great. Um, so this item is before us for um for action. This is basically a project that uh from what I understand was uh uh a little a little bit delayed um from several years ago, and so the additional gap to cover this project has increased. This is resulting in about just under thirty thousand dollars or so that we um will be allocating in addition to to cover that. Um I guess I will take a motion from Council President Naker to approve. Is there any discussion? All those in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. All those opposed? Four in favor, zero opposed. The resolution is adopted. Well, that is the end of our meeting. Um, I want to thank everyone for being here today. Our next meeting um is August twelfth, and so I look forward to seeing everyone then. With that, we are adjourned. That's fine.
