And he's ready to go.

1:18

So we have three items for zoning committee for this last week.

The first of these was the venue 1944 rental hall C UP, uh file number 250387998 University Avenue.

1:31

Um and that was a C UP.

1:33

That's because um they wanted to use sorry, it's not a C UP.

1:37

Um that's it's it's for a uh reception hall rental hall on um on that property.

1:42

So that was relatively uncontroversial.

1:45

Um is for approval and um we recommended approval um you know so all right.

1:53

Uh so the motion coming out of committee is approval.

1:57

Um just as a reminder for all of us and for me, since it's coming out of the zoning committee, we don't need uh a second on this item.

2:03

Um we would just move into discussion and then a vote.

2:07

Um is there any discussion on the item?

2:10

So 1944 rental venue 1944 rental hall CUP.

2:15

All right, seeing no discussion, we'll move forward with a vote.

2:18
