The meeting focused on reviewing and approving multiple agenda items, including a major fire department maintenance facility acquisition and an amendment to a property sale to the Greater Syracuse Land Bank. Department of Assessments. Uh items fifty three through fifty-seven are uh all related. Um they're related to the uh potential acquisition of a building that would serve as a new maintenance facility for the fire department. Um the items cover acquisition cost, uh a down payments, um, and uh future renovation costs, all of which should be bonded for right, yeah. Are they all ready? Questions just a lot of big numbers to drop on the the on the waiver.
