Meeting of the Board of Assessment Review on March thirty first, twenty twenty six. Uh let's begin by taking a roll call of attendance. Uh my name is Joe Saya. Master poll. William Apollito. Bill Ryan. Uh seeing that there's a quorum uh that a quorum is present. I will now entertain a motion to exit executive session and hold final votes on determinations by the board. Seconded. All in favor? Aye. Opposed. We are now in regular session. The vote is passed and are no longer in executive session. During executive session, we deliberated on all grievances presented to us during the designated grievance session held in February. We have sorted our determinations into to uh six classifications, uh denials of exemptions, granting of exemptions, no changes in assessments, reduction in assessments, dismissal of petition, petitions and stipulations ratified. Denials of exemptions are those determinations which an application for exemption have been denied, has been denied. Granted exemptions are those destinations determinations which an application for exemption has been approved. No changes are those determinations which an application for reduction and assessment has been denied. Reductions in assessment are those determinations when an application for reduction and assessment has been granted to a lower amount than the tentative role reflects. Dismissal of petitions are those where the Board of Assessment Review has determined that the petitioner willfully failed to prosecute their complaint. Denials of exemptions have been classified and provided as attached exhibit A. Granted exemptions have been classified and provided as attached exhibit B. No change determinations have been classified and provided as exhibit C. Reductions in have been classified and provided as attached exhibit D. Dismissal of petitions have been classified and provided as exhibit E. And stipulations ratified have been classified and provided as exhibit F. I will now entertain a motion to approve the sorting of determinations into three classes of determinations. Seconded all in favor. Aye. Aye. Opposed. Motion carries.
