So we have been um understanding the conversations that we've had with several members of the council, including the public works committee.

Um we have gone through and we are still working on going through a day-by-day process going back uh as far as the information that we have available on the road closure, looking at equipment as it's included in the right of way and in the road, and then how that has evolved over the course of leading up to where we are today.

So we have daily reports that we are in the process of receiving back from the project team and from Surgeon's University.

We're then going through and we are assessing and reviewing that to confirm that it is consistent with the right of way and the legislation and the way the fee structure is structured, and then ultimately being able to determine that utilization of the roadway based on the numbers that we've been discussing.

Um so that information as we're working through that.

I know that this has been an item that has been on the agenda and continues to be on the agenda.

We would respectfully ask to hold the item for this meeting, but understanding we would come back with more detail and information and help provide the clarity and answer those questions in the next two weeks.

So where is the hold up?

Is it on the on the it is the whole of external or is it internal?

It's so there's a wealth of information that we specifically have asked for through our conversations with counselors, and that the project team is also putting together on a with those daily reports.

So it's a daily snapshot of how the site is being used in terms of the equipment that's being used and going back through that historical data since that road closure initially began.

So that's the information that we are then taking a look and going through.

It is just it's a it's a wealth of information that um we're working through in order to be able to answer some of those questions.

So I it's it's not necessarily a holdup, it's just the information that we need to make sure that we have and that we're verifying all the data that uh that it that we have around the road closure itself.

And you think next next study session and next session would give us what we need and we should be able to move on.

Yeah, I certainly we would make sure we have the information available.

Um we will target and aim for being able to do so prior to the study session for the meeting in two weeks.

What we are just working through is making sure that we will provide as much information as we have to be able to uh give the council the ability to proceed how you wish.

So Eric, we met on the 7th last time.

Do you know what day they started doing the actual calculations?

I think the actual calculations had been shortly after that though that discussion took place.

So they have been working diligently through that process.

So by next meeting, we should have a full month of data, probably.

Item 78 is a request for the city to apply for the Love Year Block grant uh through Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation.

The city and partners would receive about 270,000.

200 will go towards uh program fellows, and then 70,000 would go towards program implementation and offering mini grants.

Uh the proposal that we're looking to submit would support uh repurposing vacant lots in partnership with Leila's Got UN Blueprint 15 within the East Adams neighborhood.

And this grant is due today, so time sensitive.

So we did get a extension, so June 15th is a new deadline, but okay, okay.
