Um, bonds for the uh Burnett Park improvements.

Total amount not to exceed 450,000.

Just a quick rundown.

We got a lot of items, so we'll just move through them quick.

So this is the 450,000 for Burnett Park is pool repair.

Um park improvements.

Um the goal is to one day convert our Burnett Park into this like athletic um destiny for folks.

Um as you can see on the letter, it's for HVAC, it's for dust filters, restroom upgrades, electric, lighting, improvement, structural repair, athletic surface improvement, court resour um structure, site work, drainage, um accessibility improvements, furnishing, equipment, engineering, um design, bidding, um construction administration, and other materials to redesign Burnett Park.

Uh a lot of these Burnett Park funds, they're for a multiple projects that we've been looking at for a number of years now.

Uh one of the biggest is security uh over the last few weeks.

We've had multiple break-ins at Burnett Park because a lot of our chain link fencing along the uh current turf.

It's just in disrepair and we need to replace everything.

Um top of that, our arts and crafts center, it's lacking some filtration systems that's required for some of our programming in there.
