We have a very long agenda tonight, and we will get started on it momentarily, and we will work through it as expeditiously as we can uh to take care of all the items on the agenda this evening. First, though, we will take action on the minutes of our August 10th meeting. Those minutes have been distributed in draft form to the members of the commission. And we will now pause to see if there's a motion for action on those minutes. Move to approve the minutes of August 10th, 2026. And I will second that with a friendly amendment asking that we adjust.
