Good afternoon. We'll call the city council meeting to order. It's five oh two. City clerk. May have a roll call, please. I'm here. Here. Present. Present. Here. Present. Present. I'd like to welcome everyone joining us in the council meeting today. We are in the West Annex. It's a special closed session. Moving on to flight salute and vocation. Councilman Kaji will lead us in the flight salute and councilman Kalani in the invocation. Okay. While Stan, hand over your heart. Ready begin. Underground individual with liberty and justice all. Lord, thank you for the opportunity to come together as a community to work towards the common good and to make decisions that will shape the future of our city. We ask for your wisdom and guidance as council members and staff that they may lead with integrity, fairness, and compassion. May we all be mindful of the diverse needs of our residents, businesses, associates, and guests with a goal to create a city where all can thrive. Let us remember those who serve our community in various capacities. Our first responders, our health care workers, teachers, all who contribute to the well-being of our city. May we support and uplift one another in our efforts to make this a better place for all. A close session on these matters is authorized by California government code section five four nine five six point nine D one. Good evening. We've been in closed session.
