I'd like to welcome everyone joining us in the council chambers along with everyone watching remotely. Moving on to flight salute invocation. I don't see anyone in the crowd right now, so I'm gonna ask Councilman Shaikh to lead us in the flight salute and Councilman Gerson to lead us in the invocation. Please stand. Please put your right hand on your heart and begin. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands. Moving on to oral communications number one. This portion of the meeting is reserved for comments on items that are not on the agenda under Ralph and Brown Act. So the council cannot act on items raised during public comment, but may respond to briefly to statements made or questions posed. Request clarification or refer to item to staff.
