Councilmember Lewis. Here. Councilmember Matucci's absent at this time. Councilmember Shake. Present. Mayor Chen. Present. If you're here, you know you are here. Moving on to the flight salute and invocation. We are those who make it possible for us to be here today. So I'm gonna make this part brief. And Councilwoman Lewis in the invocation. Thank you, Mayor. Ready to begin. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Moving on to oral communications number one. This portion of the meeting is reserved for comments on items that are not on the agenda under Ralph and Brown Act. Request clarification referred to items of staff. Time starts when you step up to the microphone. I don't see any. Good evening. We have been in close session, and just for the record, that Councilman Mitucci joined us for the closed session at six oh three PM. City manager and city attorney, anything to report out? Nothing to report, Your Honor. Okay. All right. At this moment, I'll take a motion to adjourn tonight's meeting.
