Good evening. I will call the city council meeting to order. It's five oh seven PM. City Clerk, may I have a roll call, please? Yes, your honor. Councilmember Gerson is absent. Councilmember Kodji's absent. Council Member Kalani? Present. Councilmember Lewis? Present. Councilmember Matucci. Here. Councilmember Shake? Present. Mayor Chen. Present. Moving on to item two, the flight salute in the invocation. Councilwoman Lewis will lead us in the flag salute, and Councilwoman Councilwoman Kalani will lead us in the flight salute, and Councilwoman Lewis will lead us in the invocation. Please join me as we pay tribute to our great country. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Bless us with the courage to walk in truth even when it's difficult. In your name we pray, Amen. Moving on to oral communications number one. Speakers and the orals are limited to either oral communications number one, oral communications number two, and no longer than one minute per speaker. Tonight it deals just be one oral communications. Time starts when you step up to the microphone. If presenting handled material to the council, please provide eleven copies of the city clerk before speaking. Okay, it's nine oh two. We've uh returned from closed session. City manager, anything to report out? Good evening, Your Honor. Nothing to report. Thank you. All right. Uh City Attorney. Yes, Your Honor. Uh earlier during close session, the council voted by a vote of five to zero, with Councilmember Kaji and Gerson being absent to uphold the termination of a police officer. I make a motion to adjourn tonight's meeting to Tuesday, March twenty-fifth, twenty twenty-five, five p.m. for closed session. Regular business commencing at six thirty.
