And then pressing into the right toe mound to help lift the right sitting bone up. It's a big, big stretch. Now, if this seems easy with the blocks high, feel free to lower them. It's the nice thing about the blocks, very adjustable. And eventually, as you the back of the right leg opens more, then the chest can rest on the right leg. Right sitting bone still lifting. It's a big stretch. One more breath. And then inhale, come back up. Setting your blocks where they were. Hands to the floor. Bend the front knee. Come off the back heel. Step all the way back to downward facing dog. And with an inhale, take the left heel up and back. And exhale, step it two-thirds of the way forward. Spin the back heel down, check the alignment, heel to heel are just a little wider. And then come all the way up to standing. Taking your hands to your hips, bring that right hip forward. So hips are very square to the front of your mat. Adjust your blocks if you need to. And then inhale, lift the chest. And exhale, hinge at the left hip. Tilting the pelvis forward, lifting the left sitting bone up, and then hands come to the blocks. Pressing into the left toe mound, reaching that left sitting bone up and back. And then as always, if you need to adjust down, it's much easier than adjusting up, taking the blocks to a higher level. And then eventually draping your torso over your left thigh. Just a couple more breaths. And with an inhale, come halfway up, extend the spine. And as you exhale, go ahead and move your blocks out of the way, off to the side, anywhere is fine. Hands to the floor, bend the front knee, spin off the back heel, and step back to downward facing dog. Taking another full breath here. Feeling how nice and open the backs of the legs have become. And then softening the knees, coming up on the tippy toes, walk forward to the hands. Inhale, halfway up, extending. Exhale, belly draws in to bring you deeper into the forward fold. Bend the knees, drop the hips. Ud katasana. And with an inhale, come all the way to standing.
