A special town meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings of the town of Windsor, Connecticut, will be held in the council chambers at the Windsor Town Hall, 275 Broad Street in the town of Windsor, Connecticut, on Monday, March 2nd, 2026 at 7 o'clock PM prevailing time for the following purposes.
