One uh is that the city council operates on what's called a consent format. Consent format means that all items for action this evening will be considered under a single motion and a single vote. Member of council may choose to remove an item uh for separate consideration and voting. Um member of public may request that an item be removed for separate consideration and voting if agreed to by member of council, then that item will also be separately uh considered and voted upon. Two opportunities for public comment this evening. First being uh at the start of the meeting during floor discussion, and second, there'll be an opportunity um to make comments on any any item that's up for action this evening.
