Well good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I'd like you to welcome to the welcome you to this meeting of the Woodstock City Council. A few brief announcements before we get started this evening. First is a reminder that the meeting is being streamed tonight and recorded. This Woodstock City Council operates on what's called a consent uh format. Consent format means that all items for action this evening will be considered in a single motion and a single vote. Member of council may choose to remove an item from the consent calendar and can for separate consideration and voting. The member of the public may request that an item be removed for separate consideration and voting. And if agreed to by a member of council, then it too will be removed and considered and discussed separately. There's two opportunities for public comment this evening. The first being at the beginning of the meeting during floor discussion. Members of the public may come forward to the center podium. Uh if they're willing to do so, state their name and address for purpose of the record. Feel free to then make comments to members of the council on any items not on this evening's agenda. And then uh second opportunity for public comment is uh prior to any actions uh that the council takes that there'll be an opportunity for public uh commentary on those items for action.
